Introducing…Jeff (Jerf to his friends)! Jeff’s shirt is, indeed, based on Nightwing’s costume because he’s a huge fan of the design (I need to get some characters with Marvel or Image heroes in their designs!). Real Life Jeff wears glasses most of the time and I tried to work them into the drawing but I suck at glasses so OaG Jeff wears contacts…just like OaG Tim, now that I think about it.

Anyway, I’m really happy with how the background turned out!
