Okay, so, the one thing I haven’t really included in the strip’s Ray is that I am a huge Superman fan. For better or worse, he is my all time favorite character. The problem is, he’s usually lacking in an area or two whenever starring in a story. This problem is generally focused on his screen portrayals. While I own and enjoy Superman Returns, it doesn’t (if you’ll forgive the sad turn of phrase) soar. As a result of said movie’s lackluster…well…everything, I had nearly given up believing that it was possible for a Superman movie to inspire anything other than the obligatory loving smile that I reserve for anything Superman or Star Wars.

Well, as of today and my double-digit viewings of Snyder’s Man of Steel trailer my mind has been officially changed. In fact, it was blown all over the walls. From this day forward, Henry Cavill is Kal El.
